  1. Wear Layer – It is mainly composed of aluminum oxide (Al2O3), which has strong wear resistance and hardness.
  2. Pattern Layer – It’s a layer of paper impregnated with melamine resin, printed with imitation wood grain.
  3. Substrate Layer – It is made of high-density fiberboard (HDF). After high temperature and high-pressure treatment, it has certain moisture-proof and flame-retardant properties.
  4. Backing Layer: It is a layer of kraft paper with a certain strength and thickness, and it is impregnated with resin to prevent moisture.
